You must consume healthy foods that will help repair and rejuvenate your skin. To do that you just need to understand what to include into your diet and what to avoid.

1. If you want to get glowing skin in a week your should start drinking A LOT of water. When I say ‘a lot’ I really mean it.

The easiest way to start drinking more water is simple – lemon water right after you wake up.

Drinking water on an empty stomach is a must! You can add different ingredients instead lemon, like turmeric powder, ginger root powder or aloe vera juice.


2. Never skip breakfast.

Eating big and healthy breakfast is essential for your skin.


3. Add more fruits and vegetables into your diet.


4. Avoid foods that you may be allergic to, like milk, dairy, seafood and gluten.
