I LOVE pasta. But who doesn’t.

When it’s time to cook some pasta for lunch or dinner I’m always looking online for some plant-based ideas.

For the past few years I’m following a plant-based diet because I have endometriosis. (YES, my life really SUCKS). But still, I’m not complaining. Cutting out all the meat, dairy and everything I used to eat often wasn’t difficult at all.

Actually it helps a lot with endometriosis symptoms.

Now, I’m a happy plant-based girl (HAHA) and I would love to share with you some of my favorite easy and healthy vegan pasta recipes I’ve found online.

Yes, I didn’t made these, I don’t have that time. Being a busy mom and a blogger doesn’t let me spend so much time in the kitchen.
