Supplements

Supplements are the main key to a better life when living with endometriosis.

I often get asked what are the best supplements for endometriosis. I always state that what works for me, may not work for you, so I generally share information on the vitamins and herbal supplements that have been shown to help with endometriosis in studies.

I have found that using anti-inflammatory supplements have made a huge difference in reducing my endometriosis pain, specifically, ginger root powder, turmeric, and magnesium.

From Serrapeptase and NAC, Evening Primrose Oil, Selenium, Milk Thistle, Magnesium, and Curcumin (which I use every day).

Natural Pain & Symptom Relieves

If you’re interested in trying to reduce your endometriosis with natural options, here are my top five natural remedies for endometriosis pain when you’ve just got your period or you’re in the middle of a flare-up.

Pain relief is important, and for many with endometriosis, it’s essential. I’m grateful for access to the various medications that support us with such debilitating conditions, but my body just can’t cope with the side effects of the strong medication I have been prescribed over the years.

So when I finally changed my diet, I also looked into natural pain relief to help me cope with the symptoms I was experiencing.

Zero-waste Period Products

I got my first period when I was 13 years old. I’m 34 now.

That means I’ve had (hold for minds to stop being blown…) roughly 300 periods. In the 21 years, I’ve been a bleeder, I’ve tried and tested a lot of products and brands.

Period-proof panties, vaginal steaming, and menstrual cups.

When it comes to natural care for your yoni, the market has gotten pretty overwhelming. Here are a few thoughts on why naturally caring for your yoni is essential when it comes to self-care.

I love my period (yes, you heard that right – I actually love it). It is a time of the month I slow down, journal more, and reconnect to myself. It’s a time I make sure to kick my self-care routines up a notch.

But beyond that, it’s also about the products I use to care for both my body and the environment.

So, I thought it was about time to sit down and get real in my latest post on what I use, why I use it, and what works – naturally.

Books

I have SO many books I want to get through and want to share with you, that are in one way or another related to endometriosis or the symptoms that go with it.

From books about menstrual cycles, female empowerment to the mind-body connection, there are so many amazing reads that’ll help us manage endometriosis better, and this way, we won’t have to do it alone.

From books on endometriosis and hormones to anti-inflammatory and plant-based cookbooks, here you’ll find a wealth of information to help you live a happier and healthier life with endometriosis.

Endometriosis and Menstrual Health Books

Endometriosis Diet-Friendly Cook Books

Self-help Books

So there you have it! I may have missed a thing or two in its entirety but this is a pretty solid list of things to have a better life when living with endometriosis.

Hope it would be helpful for you.
