A few weeks ago, I tried some other recipes I was playing around with. All in an attempt to create the most perfect sugar-free brownies recipe in the world.
It was not the brownie perfections I was looking for. Last weekend finally I DID IT! And I’m so proud of myself!
My recipe for today is for completely guilt-free, healthy, chocolaty, fudgy sugar-free brownies, perfect for a delicious sweet mood booster.
When I say “the best” I mean that these brownies are seriously good.
I use that term to show the seriousness of my love for these sugar-free brownies.
However, you can certainly describe your favorite vegan brownies using your words of choice.
These are the real deal sugar-free brownies
NO black beans

This Sugar-free Chocolate Brownies recipe is rich, very moist, ridiculously decadent, super chocolatey, and chewy.
Oh, I can’t forget to mention that it’s healthier than the regular recipes. Wow, this is the best part, I mean I can enjoy this delicious brownie without feeling guilty about it.
The main ingredients you need to make these Sugar-free Brownies:
Spelt flour: It’s great flour for low-carb/keto/sugar-free baking treats. But, there are a lot of different brands, and which one can create different results.
Sugar-free Chocolate Chips: In my option, the best sugar-free chocolate chips it’s premium dark chocolate, dairy-free and stevia-sweetened.
Sweetener: There are lots of sweeteners out there, but for me, the three best natural ones are – maple syrup or agave.
HOW TO MAKE SUGAR-FREE BROWNIES
These sugar-free brownies are super easy to make! Sift flour and cocoa powder into a mixing bowl and then add maple syrup, baking powder, salt and, cornstarch and mix it up.
Then prepare your milk by mixing some almond milk, vanilla extract and, vegan oil and allowing it to rest.
Add that into the mixing bowl along with some chocolate chips. Mix into a thick batter.
Add a mix of vegan chocolate chips and chunks and fold them in.
Transfer to a 9×9 inch square baking dish and smooth down.
Top with more chocolate chunks and chocolate chips and then bake for 30-40 minutes (more on this point later).
Do brownies freeze well?
Yes, they do.
Place your leftover brownies in an airtight container or silicone bag. Then freeze up to 3 months.
When ready to eat, thaw at room temperature or microwave it for 15 seconds.
