How to Prepare Detox Water for Clear Skin and Flat Tummy
It’s really simple. Grab your favorite pitcher or jug and fill it with spring water.
Using a cutting board and your favorite knife, slice all the fruit and put it into the pitcher.
Using the back of a spoon, release oils from the mint leaves and put them into the pitcher.
Stir and refrigerate.
When you refill your pitcher, keep in mind that using the same fruits from your previous water the be diluted and less nutrient-dense the fruit becomes. I recommend that after 2 refills, dump all the ingredients and replace them with fresh cuts to make sure you get all the vitamins and minerals you need. Also, use the water within 24 hours.
You will need:
- ½ gallon spring water
- ½ grapefruit sliced
- 2-3 mint leaves
- ½ lemon (lime) sliced
- 2 tbsp grated ginger
I like to store my infused lemon water in quart-sized glass jars in the refrigerator. It takes several hours for the flavor of the fruit to infuse into the water. Try preparing them before bed and in the morning you’ll have a cold-infused hydration drink to take with you.

Hello!! I was just wondering how often do we drink this throughout the day? For how many days? And can you eat other foods during?
You drink it all day if you need it you can make some more. There are no rules, just drink it when you are thirsty. (at least for 2 weeks) If you really want to lose belly fat you need to follow a low-carb diet and start making exercises. I love Lilly Sabri’s YouTube channel. She has so many workouts there.
